Thank you for shopping at Cloud Underground (cloudunderground.dev). We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help. You may request a refund for courses within seven days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase.
Services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
3-D Printed Products
3-D printed products are non-refundable. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, or if your product is damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you within one year of purchase. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the replacement product.
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
